Is there an advantage pack available for 2012? It seems that the tools from the 2011 pack didn't make t into this version and the 2011 pack requires Revit 2011.

Haven't seen an Advantage Pack yet for 2012 but there are some Revit 2012 extensions available on the subscription center.

Come again? The components of the RAC 2011 SAP are included as part of RAC 2012. This includes energy analysis functions, and the Revit Server functions.

SAP's are a sort of "preview" for tools to be included in the next release for those who are on subscription, and are typically released half-way through the release cycle, i.e. late September/early October.
