Does anyone know if there's a way to do a keyword search within a key schedule? We've been experimenting with using key schedules to create a list of "to do" items for our team members (filtering and sorting based on user, priority, and whether or not the task has been completed.)
It works well in that we can all access the schedule at the same time which helps with project management, but not being able to search a large amount of text is limiting. Do others use Outlook tasks or actual project management software for in-house coordination or do your team members just track their work how they see fit?
