Schedule Row Height... Variable???

Has anyone figured out how to change the row height of a schedule to "User Defined" so that there is more "white space" between rows? It has always been a grey field in which it is infinitely stuck on Variable. I have a cookie for the person that knows the answer! Thanks!

Yeah, I tried using the Ctrl + Enter method, but I found it very difficult to use. Sigh.... Hopefully Autodesk will just make the User Defined portion of it accessible. Thanks for the response though.
