Room Names in Schedules

Hi Folks,

I have a room schedule with a bunch of rooms that are named the same, I also have areas calulated for each room. In my room schedule it lists EVERY room, for example:


Classroom 200 s.f.
Classroom 100 s.f.
Classroom 150 s.f.

Is there a way where I can consolidate the same rooms to say:

Classroom 450 s.f. - rather than listing EVERY room that is the same name?

Try creating a area plan and using area tags. See this thread (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=5600) for ways to use area analysis.

Un-check Itemize all instances...
