Note Boxes/ Door schedules

I have two questions:

I added symbols on the plan and generated keynotes in a note box. I used the same note at several places so in my note box the same keynote appears several times. Is there a way to hide rows of notes that are duplicated? Is there a work around for this problem. Also my plans show the symbol with a tag (circle, hex etc) but my schedule is just numbers not identitied with a symbol. Is there a way to show the symbol in the note box?

Door schedules:
I created a door schedule. I have a row for hardware groups and a row for Remarks. The schedule will not let me add a remark and a hardware group. When I try to type in a remark the hardware group disappears?

I would greatly appreciate any insight.

Under Sorting/Grouping un-check Itemize every instance.

For the door schedule you need to make sure you have door parameters set up for both the hardware group and remarks and then it should work fine.
