I'm using Civil 3D 2011, Version 2 on a Windows 64 bit system............

I have rectangular structures, where the length & width are different, I'm finding that Civil 3D shows the part incorrectly in some cases in profile view(s). I've swapped parts numerous times, and in each case, I'm finding that incorrect displays are ocurring, regardless of rotation along the alignment. Sometimes correct, other times not.

Attached PDF shows 2 networks, 2 alignments. Line F & Lateral F (which Lateral F is coming in almost 90 to catch basin F). Catch Basin F is part of Line F, although has been added to Lateral F profile view (which is showing incorrectly). The structure at the end of Lateral F is also showing incorrectly. In each case, the wrong side.

Thanks in advance for any help.

not the answer you probably want to hear, but i found out the exact same problem in 2011 some time back, and asked the same question at the discussion board:
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-Civil-3D/pipes-profile-plot-showing-wrong-structure-edge-in-profile-view/td-p/3039750
no one answered to my follow up question about if this has been fixed in 2012 or not, so cannot confirm. hopefully someone in Autodesk is listening...
