Have any others had issues printing from Revit Viewer mode? We recently upgraded several of our projects from the Revit 2011 to the 2012 format, in part so that we could give some of our in-house team members who lack Revit experience the ability to maneuver around our documents and model using the new Viewer. And this worked great for the first few days, but now one of our "Viewer Users" cannot print anymore and gets the attached warning. I thought it was a worksharing issue, but I've created a new local using a new user name, and I get the same issue on a different machine. We've reloaded the latest data from the Central file with no luck. This user was able to plot to PDF as recently as yesterday...ideas?

Also, we have 12 Revit files linked into this one project due to large adjacent buildings that we're adding onto, previous phases, and consultant files. When opening a file in Viewer mode one must manually close a warning as Revit loads each and every linked file. It's taking twice as long to open files in the Viewer mode, and it's not just from pressing Enter to get past the warnings.

Thanks.

You should have them open and "detach from central" then don't make any changes as it says. you can't print if you've made changes.

Thanks Scott. I was hoping that the Viewer Users could simply reload to update their file throughout the day, but I'll just have them follow your advice and close out of the new central if they need to see an update, then create a newly detached file.
