Tags Rotate With Element in Locked 3D View

The 3D locking & tagging feature in Revit MEP 2012 is great! It doesn't seem that the tags rotate with the element. For example we typically tag a pipe with the abbreviation on the pipe. It will only allow the tag to read vertical or horizontal.
