Room volume computation

Hi,
I'm trying to calculate each room volume. Whole building is OK except this one (see attached). If volume calculating line is set at around 2450 mm it's OK, but if only I'll move it up, above the roof ridge it's rectangular and doesn't read the roof slope. Do you have any ideas?

Have you checked to see that the roof element is set to be Room Bounding in it's properties? Another thought: Is the roof created as an in-place family, and if so, is it set to the roof category?
