Problem with Australian structural steel library RAC2012

I'm getting an error when I try and load CHS & RHS from the Australian Structural Steel framing & columns library supplied with Revit Architecture 2012,

I haven't tried every component but it seems to be just be CHS & RHS.

Error message is;
Row 1: Unacceptable list separator:y (the y has a couple of dots over but I cant type that)
Acceptable list separators are: ,:;|

and there is a Close button,

Here is the first few lines from the txt file which I assume is the problem, but I can't see anything obvious.

I try & stay clear of Editing those Txt Files. I have an Excel File that i then Write out to a Txt File
Excel make life a whole lot easier. i will post my CHS File for you to see how i made it
