one time upgrade process?

How do I get rid of this pop-up box? Something to do with content libraries or something?
I have found the 2 link below mention it, but i still dont understand, what I need to do, or what Im looking for?

You need to open your template and families and save them again once. Your families are from an older version of revit and thats why they are upgrading.
