Well, It looks like i spent +/- 80 hours in december working on the massing and the unit designs... i've spent the last week adding the details (windows, doors, awnings, etc...)
Altogether i'd say it was about +/- 140 hours; You gotta love Revit!!
Honestly, I could not even imagine doing this in CAD (or the ADT which is sitting on the shelf) , every stinkin floor plan is different, sloping bays (one with a corner window)... the 5th level has a Mezzanine with roof gardens... The South side is 5 feet lower than the North... The list goes on.
To give you a hint of the size, it's almost 60k S.F...
here are a few more pics. Thanks for the nice comments..

Awesome, I love it.
I love mixed used projects, especially with a modern look. Great job on the model. The sloping bays turned out great!

Uh, ... well ... yeah.
Flipping through too many flippin forums here  .. and getting confused with your other posts of similar title about the sloping window problem.
Anyway -- Any renders to be done ??

Interesting ... The project was sold to me on the first image instantly .. the follow on "coloured images" don't sell it as well to me ~ ( Not a criticism just an observation)
I wonder if a slight hint of localised colour picked out in the first image ( seat / entrance area etc ) would help even more

:) I should have left it black and white... The actual materials have not been finalized yet... I just exported a shaded view.
However, My next task is to render the four elevations (just waiting on the materials).

Most impressed by the first b&w image. Communicates very clearly I think. Nice one!

Paul,
Is this currently just the shell of the building or have you modelled the interior layout as well? I'd love to see a rendered section perspective if you have one.
Nice work.

Hi Dimitri,
It is basically a shell with partition walls & floors.. I'll see what i can do.

First image is great, how did you create it? Is it done in Revit only? Or a composite done in Photoshop? Any chance you could upload the Revit file for a closer look?
Any congrats, very nice. ;)

Well I missed all the posts about the sloping bays, but I can imagine they were not the simplest thing to model.
Excellent design and very well presented.
Great work and for what its worth, I like the coloured shots too.

That's just a Hidden Line view with shadows exported from Revit... No Photochop (I mean shop) or Piranesi... ;)
Not to sure about the Revit file... Let me go ask my boss. :)
