Screening Room/Space Tags for plotting

I'm sure it's been asked and I'm just not hitting the right combination of search terms.

I have set room tags to be halftone within the:
Actual linked architectural model
Visibility Graphics for the linked model
Visibility Graphics for the host model
I have my space tags set to halftone in my host model.

No matter what I try, room and space tage plot full black, which I expect from a TTF but was hoping would not be the case.

I recall reading once about creating a screened font for Revit, but I cannot find that posting.

Does anyone know how to create screened room & space tags?

How are your plot settings? Are you using BLACK LINES or GRAYSCALE?

I'll double check Modnay, but all the other items from the architectural and structural linked models are halftone and plotting correctly.
