scheduling issues 2012

Hi All,
I am currently working in 2012, and I have a special equipment schedule where families are not showing up in the correct room. I have the schedule sorted by level then room number. Is there a reason why an element wouldn't understand what level or room it is within? See attached image for more info.

Never mind, this is face based family, and I needed to assign it's scheduled level.
