Parametric Graphical Door Schedules

Hi there.

I am busy trying to wrap my head around doing Parametric Graphical Door Schedules in Revit. So far I am using Legend Components to create plan and elevation representations of the door which is working great, however I am stumped at how to get parameters of the door to schedule in the way my boss would like. Please see attached door schedule example from autocad.

Unfortunately you wont be able to get the written schedule to look like that. The written schedules in Revit can not be configured to list information from top to bottom for example.

You could try making up a tag with the required information in the configuration you want to see it in, but I am not sure if tags work in legend views.

We use a previous phase to show doors and window, that way we can tag and they update automatically.

Using Tags had not crossed my mind! Would you mind sharing an example of the type of tag you use to do so...
