Autocad 2005 & RELATED INSTALLATION

Hi to all,
I've a little problem with Autocad 2005, the following error appears whenever I run the Autocad Application.

"ERRORE IRREVERSIBILE: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at 623a20h 06/28/2011 at 15:41:01.205 Disegno:"

My OS is Win7 x64, I installed .Net Framework 3.5 and related service pack, .Net Framework 4.0 but the error still appears.

I run the Autocad application As Administrator, and with compatibility option settle to WINDOWS XP Sp3.

Somebody could help me ?

I would try setting compatability mode to Windows 2000.
Also, it really needs the 32-bit OS.
Also, you may need to install .NET framework v1.1
