Secret (hidde/box) gutter

Hi,
I'm trying to create attached detail in Revit. I'm struggling with secret gutter in particular.
I tried few options by none of these works. Please share your ideas.

Set your roof sketch to have a negative offset from the ext. face of wall to the location of your gutter, then add the gutter profile as a fascia. Note you can embed detail component into your profile so when you cut the section it looks like you show it. Or if its not continuous, create a roof based family that cuts out the roof and fills it with the gutter(this might be better)

One more thought, is to do what I suggested first, hold the roof back, then add the profile to your exterior wall type as a wall cap.
