Problem with Duplicate Survey Figures

After I edit a few survey figures and survey point descriptions, I usually reprossess the linwork. When it reprosesses, C3D draws a duplicate incorrect survey firgure while keeping the figures which I already corrected.

What do I need to do so that C3D doesn't duplicate survey figures?
