Will Revit 2012 work with Navisworks 2011?

Yes.

There is a NW Exporter Plug-in for Revit 2012 which installs and is available as an add-in.
Once installed, you can export .nwc files which can be opened in Navisworks 2011.

Edit: Better check w/ Autodesk on this. I just opened RAC 2012 and the NW Add-in shows
NW 2012 and NW Switchback--not sure what that is?
