Hi,

I am trying to link Revit arch file into Revit stru. There are some interior walls in Arch model. If i will link the file into Revit str. I am not able to see those walls if i will select discipline as structural. I have added structural framing members in structural plan. If I will change discipline into coordination i am able to see those walls but i can not see my structural framing members in that plan. Is there any way i can see both on one plan.

Thank you

If i will change that to coordination then i can not see structural beams on that plan and i can only see structural framing text.

In your visibility graphics, check if you still have ceilings and floors turned on. Either turn these off or set them to transparent. There may be other architectural items that you can't "see through" also- doors, glazing etc that will affect what structural elements will show up.

Or try setting the view to wireframe. Depending on what you need to see, that might work.

Room name and such? I never figured this out to my liking. If you look at the VG for your view, Revit Links tab, select display settings for your link. Click the Custom button and in the Linked View box select the view the architect shows in their sheet (Floor Plan Area B) and see what you get. IIRC, it did not give me what I wanted but maybe I just needed to turn on/off some more categories. It may have messed with my view range too, I can't remember.
