Hi,
new to revit, new to foruns.
Does anyone knows if it´s possible to work with pads but not filling the volume of terrain that its under them. I want the pads to cut the terrain where I put them, but I don't wan't them to fill, because I'll work with empty spaces above the terrain and contentions only where its cut.
I'm working with 2012 version.
(atached is an image of what I want)
Thanks.
Barbara

Why dont you just not put in "pad2"? Since the purpose of the pad is to create a flat "soil" surface you start building from, and if you going to make use of the void space, its not necessary to have a pad there
