Baluster height

Hi, this is probably a simple one but I've had ongoing problems trying to get the baluster on my stair to extend to the top rail. I can't find any solutions in previous threads. I'm using a concrete monolithic stair and 1100mm railing. I've tried to offset the height at the top and bottom of the baluster, the bottom height will adjust but the top won't change no matter what the figure I use. Any help would be appreciated.

Need a little more info to track down the problem i'm afraid.
Could be an issue with your baluster family, are you using a custom one? Could you upload the family, along with a screen print of your baluster placements?

There was an issue with some of the balusters in the default ausenu template a while back that I noticed - if they were upgraded then they didn't attach properly to the top rail. Try opening a new project using the current default ausenu template and see if they work there. If they do then use the project browser to delete the balusters from the current project you're working and copy & paste the railing family from the newer file to your current project.

Hi Luke. I have replaced the baluster family with a new one and this has fixed the problem. The original family was from an older version of Revit so this may have contributed. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the advice too Exar. Will remove offending balusters from the project.
