Bind Links for Sending to Consultants?

So I am about to embark on a multi-building project, where many of the buildings might have similar pieces.

I am currently wieghing the pros and cons (for my project) of using groups and links and where to use each.

My question is, when I use links (and I will), should they be bound before sending to the consultants for their work for each building or should I just send the links, even if there are many of them per building?

Thanks, I have seen this tool and it should definetely make sending links easier...I guess my original question was if sending floor plate links, stair links, etc was even appropriate (subcomponents of the building that are used across multiple buildings), of if they should be bound into each building before sending?
