Design Options issue

Hi everyone, I am doing three options for the front facade of a house, the primary options works fine when cleanup the walls from the main model and the walls in the option but the second and third don't cleanup properly. I want to know what is the best practice to make that the three options cleanup properly with the main model walls. These three design will not become options, but alternatives of design for the house. Please, the attached images of the houses.
I think that doing three design option sets would be the answer.

If you notice, the outside columns on the second floor portico clean up in both the 2nd and 3rd images.

That says your problem is not options but wall alignment. Cut some sections and cycle through your options.
