titleblock error

When I open a sheet revit tells me I have a serious error. When I choose to continue the titleblock is missing. If I load the family I get the serious error again. The file was created in 6.1 and upgraded to 7.0. I have upgraded other files with no problem.

The file was created in 6.1 and upgraded to 7.0. I have upgraded other files with no problem.
I've gotten some scares after upgrading...one time was told I must manually upgrade elements. I had to go back in time a little to recover my project.

Thanks anyway, but I gave up and went back to copy saved before the problem occured and started working from there. I appreciate your willingness to help though :)
