Yes/No depending on text parameter

Hi there

I'm having a problem finding the right formula for a pretty simple task;
I want to control a yes/no parameter by a text string as follows

If
textparameter empty = not checked
textparameter not empty = checked

Any inputs on this? Thanks in advance.

There are no text formula's available in Revit yet.
