New with ASD!

Hi,
I do have some good experience using Revit Structure,but no experience in working with ASD. What is hard for me to understand, since in Revit can model almost everything (including plates for connections), why do we still need ASD to import/export the model. Forgive me for being such a naive, but I try to get into ASD learning process.

Hi Dan,
To be short:
Revit is bad for Detailing plans. Also, for some parts of the world, (Eastern) Europe, The only acceptable plans are formwork plans. For steel structures. ASD has a lot of macros that can speed up a lot production of site plans.
