Model disappears when I use view cube

When I adjust the 3D view using the view cube, the model disappears. The only way I have found to get it back is to close and reopen it. Any ideas? Thanks.

I'd suspect a graphics card / hardware accelleration issue.

Try changing it in Options>Graphics.

Could also be a driver issue--either not current, or even TOO current.

Happens to me, too. I thought it was my mouse's fault.

It's not the graphics card, it only happens in that one model.

Try making a Group and Link it out as a new Revit Project.

See if it does it in the new project.

If not, it something wrong /corrupt only in the one file.
