Is there any way to make the section box result a permanet cut model?

You can set up the sectioned box view then duplicate it and put one on a sheet, and use one to work from, if that's what you are after. Please clarify.

thanks for your reply but I think my question was not clear enough. I need to save the cut model (just a peace of my model cut by the section box) to reuse it in other projects. I have a very large building that I need to reuse only portions of the building. I was think to cut the building then export it and bring the cut model back to revit but i am not sure if that is possible. I tried to saved as IFC but it didn't work.

A section box doesn't actually cut a model, so that won't work for you.

It sounds like what you want to do is create a group. By using a GROUP you can group everything from the section box, save the group out, then either open the group or bring that group into a new project. It won't be a "perfect" cut as any walls, floors, etc that extend beyond the limits of the section box will come along with it, but those could be cleaned up after the fact rather quickly.

Thanks Brian, It would be helpful tu have a tool that actually cut the model so it can be reuse. I would try the group approach to se how it works.
