Just installed the Revit Extensions and they are not showing up

I just installed the Revit Extensions for 2012 and it installed and asked to restart and booted back up and went into Revit and did not see on the Ribbon Tab "Extensions"? So I closed out and installed again and still nothing? Weird

go to the tab called ADD-INs. you may still need to load them after you have installed it.

I just tried the same thing. I don't have a tab called add ins. I added Hatch 22 and RFO_RibbonAddins. But Revit won't shoe the addins tab?
