Titleblock lables

Why do I get "?"'s for new lables created in my titleblock, whch also do not appear in the family properties list? Any help gratefully recieved.

If I understand you correctly, it should show a question mark when you hover over the TB family because the parameter is empty or blank.

In addition, when creating TB's you will have to use Shared Parameters. Then when you insert your TB's into your template you need to add those Shared Parameters to the Project Parameters list. After you do that you will be able to edit those parameters.
