Revit Families RAC 2012 won't install ?

Hi
I am new to Revit and have hit a stumbling block already.
I have installed the Autodesk Premium suite 2012 and the revit defaulty families that are generally installed in the to the RAC 2012 folder are not installing and nor can Install them afterwords.

Can somebody please give some advise.
The Autodesk reseller is too slow for info.

Found it under c:\ProgramData\Autodesk\RAC 2012 I take it?

That's the default location unless you install from a deployment utility or specify a location before install.
