DWF vs FBX

If I only concern about the integrity of the geometry of the model, but not the intelligence of the model. What's the difference if I export it out as DWF vs. FBX?

The file size is much smaller in DWF than FBX.

FBX works well if you want to import the model into 3Ds max for rendering purposes
