Good Morning Augi,
I have been trying to set up some exterior finish panels using a couple Mass Curtain Systems. I developed a simple mass in Conceptual Mass mode, and now that it is imported into my project, I'm having some problems. The first problem is that the various faces of the mass do not have consistent curtain divisions. it appears that the U and V coordinates are sporadically rotated by 90 degrees. is there a way to assign proper orientation either in Concept Mass Mode, or within the project? Configure Grid Layout is a somewhat confusing tool and there is very little explanation of how one uses it. The second problem i am having, is that I cannot find a true Perpendicular Elevation to set up dimensions. It appears as though, revit has arrayed the curtain divisions radially rather than linearly, even though the surface is straight and planar. how do you control this?I have planar faces, so theoretically, it is possible to dimension accurately. What is the best way to accomplish this when you have irregular geometry?
