white solid fill export

Is it possible to export white solid fills to AutoCAD? We're using keynotes on elevations, but the fills are exporting as solid colors. We can export with transparent fills, but the keynote number does not read as well as over a white background. From what I've read on other threads, this doesn't seem possible?

My understanding is that Autocad does not support White fills, so Revit exports using white, read as black in Autocad.

Also, Revit exports of "no pattern " fills are not supported in Autocad.
