As much as most people on the forum are willing to share I'm not sure you'll get many replies to this one.
Offices spend a great deal of time and money developing templates that are customized to their workflow and their area of specialty and they may not be willing to part with them that easily.
Maybe a little more information about who you are (user names that are just numbers don't seem too 'open' IMHO), what kind of structural work you do, what, if any, effort you have made to establish your own template and what problems you are having would get you some response and some assistance.
As I said, people here are very helpful but few would be willing to do your work for you.

Hi Dimitri Harvalias, you said companies spent a great deal of money investing in customized revit template based on their needs. Can you give me an idea how much is there paying with the consultant for the customized revit template?

Hi, there is a lot of information on this topic here:
Discussion: Revit Template Sharing (http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?39977-Revit-Template-Sharing/) (2006 to 2015)

It all depends on the needs of the office. What one company might need could be very different from a different company. It also depends on how long the consultant thinks he might need based off of a few meetings.

Could be anywhere from $30 US per hour (or more) that a BIM "expert" could ask for. could also be a flat fee.

Thanks for the info. Sir! Im working on a template right now for a company. There's one thing i couldn't get. How can i add subcategories in export to dwg dialog box under layer tab? cause i have a custom callout head family and i added a new object style unDer callout head and try to load it in the project template. The line i created is automatically loaded in the template under object style but it doesn't show in the export to dwg dialog box or in visibility graphics?

Why not worry about your project first and testing that template before going on to exporting to AutoCAD? If your company does require the template to extract views with specific items, well that is a different story.

I am not sure if you would ever get something so specific to be placed on a layer - but you have gotten this far, so best of luck.

out of curiosity, why didn't you post this question in the first place? no everyone is extracting sheets out of their model. many firms have even moved to submitting a model, NO sheets are made.

its because the company I am working on right now still uses both Revit and autoCAD. But they are more comfortable working with autocad so most of their projects are still major in autoCAD. SO after doing in Revit (because plans, elevations, sections are easier to do in revit) they will export it in autoCAD for further details. Anyway, they are interior designer so most of their projects focus on intricate details and curves
