Welcome to the forum.
What are you trying to calculate surface area for? The columns, the wall, the lintel, all surfaces or just those which are visible? What is the area calculation for? Material finishing, formwork contact area, costing on a square meter basis?
Not enough information for us to give you a good answer. Can you clarify a little bit?
