Linking Models

Curently working on a small project in Wyoming. I have linked a structural model in the main model and everything is working great except for the visibility graphics. We don't want to see any annotation from this model, but it is showing up in every view.

Is there a way to manipulate this project wide rather than view specific?

Make a view template called revit links, turn off the link annotations, then make sure only the links button is checked when you apply it to all your views. Note also I typically put links on worksets that are off by default and only turn them on in views where they are required.
