cut view

I would like to keep my cut plane at a regular, say 1200mm but have windows lower than that cut plane. I would like them to at least show as hidden lines in the walls & they probably should only show that anyhow. At the moment I cannot see them at all ??

Dermot, you'll want to use a 'plan region' (View > Create > Plan Views > Plan Region) to alter the cut plane for a specific area.
You could also use the linework to override the display of the window but depending on the scale of your view and how your window family is created this may not be as effective.
