area issue

I splited my floor into two different spaces, with the same area..
Each one has 54,345m².
I only want to show 2 digits after ","
Revit gives different values for each room, the first has 54,34m², and the second has 54,35m².
I cant figure out how to show the same area for both rooms.

If you have gridlines or walls (etc.) equally spaced on either side of your room separation line, then you could do dimensions from the grid to the line to the grid, then click EQ to make the the line perfectly spaced between.

Or, you could just change the project units to show fewer digits after the decimal point, and then they would show the same value. That's what I would do.
I suppose there is potential that they are already exactly the same, and Revit is just rounding them differently...can't do much about that.
