Use a Structural Column--in Revit 2011 and 2012 you can slope the columns, and trim the join conditions.
There are coping tools for joins, and you can also trim the ends of beams with a reference plane using cut geometry.

I got it.
thank you.
one more question how to make a railing slope?
is it a easy way to make a 3-direction slope wall.
I used mass to create the piece in the front.
see my attachments.

Glad you got the sloped columns working.
For the railing, you could try placing a small Floor at the base of the railing to host it, and slope the floor--
with a slope arrow, or editing points---then the railing should remain perpendicular to the host floor....I have not tried this, but maybe it will work?
Edit: Sorry---it did not work.
So, you might need to create a special Family, or even use a Curtain System for the railing
and apply it to the sloping face of the Mass.
cheers
Edit again: It may be possible to give the horizontal top and bottom rails an offset, creating a "tilted" rail. Then
a custom baluster could be used, which has an angle parameter controlled by a reference line and dimension
in the family. This family could be loaded into the project, and substituted for the standard baluster.
