Greetings:

I am not sure how to ask, so I will word it this way: I have a user with ACAD MEP 2010. When he goes to select an object that has other objects below, or on top of it he gets a small pop up that tells him what are his options. (Line, Pline,…) This seems like a handy tool, but it is a little annoying. How can this be turned on? I know there is a variable for everything, but I have never seen this behavior before. I wonder if it is because we are running the new Building Suite? Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP and all the rest.

That's "Selection Cycling" you can turn it on/off with a button on the status bar. Labeled SC if you have them display as text, an icon that looks like a crosshair above two squares , the last on the right on my system.

Autodesk keeps adding settings it is hard to keep up.
