How do I edit a revision schedule? I can create one, with some trial and error. But haven't found a way to edit them once they are created. Thanks.

What are you trying to accomplish while editing?

The revision schedule can be accessed thru the Project Browser. Once the schedule editor is open use the pull down filter directly below the Type Selector, it probally says "Family: Title Blocks." Change to "Schedule: Revision Schedule." Now you will be able to edit the Fields ...

If you are trying to edit the spacing of the schedule columns, you need to locate the Revision Schedule on Titleblock. This is fairly tricky because it is a blank schedule, no data to read. The easist is to do a crossing window and filter out all but the schedule. Now you will be able to use the grips (blue arrows) to edit the spacing of the columns. To get the the spacing correct, I use the Trial and Error method of loading it in to the project. If you have a lot of sheets create a test project with 1-2 revisions.

Let me know if this helps.

Hi Brian,
I'm not sure what your are trying to edit. There are very few things that you can edit in a revision schedule (depending on what you mean by revision schedule).
If you are talking about the revision block that you put on each individual sheet, you are very limited in what you can edit. I think about the only thing you can do is set if they go ascending or descending.
If you talking about creating a drawing list that shows only those drawings that have been revised and what the current revision is, that's a whole different schedule.
Let us know what you're looking for and what you'd like to do with it.

rbuch: Thanks, I can edit the schedule.

david_peterson: How do I create a sheetlist that shows just the revised sheets. That would be useful.

How do I edit the grid spacing? It either is a little narrow, or comes over the title block. Thanks.
