Edit profile in section detail

Quite a few releases ago, last time I used Revit, there was a tool that allowed you to edit the profile of any material in a wall or floor. For example, let's say I have a concrete slab with a tile finish. Now I model the floor going all the way to the wall, but I want a gap between the tile and the wall in section. I knew how to do it in the older version, but I don't see the tool anymore.

Its the 'edit cut profile' tool you're looking for.

Yes, that is what I'm looking for!
Just a note, you sent me the 2010 documentation. They moved the tool in 2011 to be under the View tab > Graphics panel > Cut Profile tool... in case anybody else comes across this thread and needs an answers for 2011.
