Is it possible to limit the number of revisions that show up in a revision schedule? I would only like to show the 5 most recent for instance. Thanks.

The only way I see to make previous revisions disappear from your schedule is to select the previous revision cloud(s) and hide the elements in the view. Otherwise the schedule stays populated all the way back.

I would also like to know if there's a better way.

If you go to the schedule in your title block and reduce the height of the revisions schedule it will limit the number of entries to the number of rows in your schedule. Each subsequent revision will be dropped as the newer ones are added.
Now, if only they could find a way to split the schedule some of my clients would be very happy.

Awesome! Thanks.

Note: to get this to work you need to set the height to user defined in the appearance tab.

I never realized you could do that. Thank you for that information.

Now that I know how to use that "feature" I have a question.

When I place the revision schedule in a title block without any revisions on it, it looks the way I want it to and fits nicely in the allotted area. When I start to put revisions on the sheets, the bottom of the revision schedule slowly starts to creep upwards and starts to look like I made a mistake when creating the title block family.

Is this something I will have to live with or can I do something to alleviate this problem?

Edit: The bottom of the schedule starts to creep downward not upward, my mistake. If you notice in the before there are 11 spaces while in the after I have 10 and not enough room for the 11th.

I had a similar problem, but my grid was off from the get go. I had to fine tune the grid by adjusting the text size. There didn't seem to be a way to adjust the grid it's self.
