Am I missing something or is the "Detail Number" field not available in the View List for a reason. I would think that would be one of the first choices? Anyone have any insight into this?

Yea crazy, makes quality control based on view number difficult when you can't put it into a schedule. Autodesk, can we get this added?

This might not be the answer you want to hear, but you can purchase add-in software from a couple sources that will give you access to this type of information. My favorite at the moment is BIMLink by Ideate, but its not cheap. That said it has a ton of functionality. You basically export out to Excel and then import any changes back in. It's not bi-directioanlly associative, you have to initiate the export and import and make sure you are using the up to date stuff, but it sounds like it might work for you in this case. You should be able to get a trial version, which is limited, but will allow you to test out the functionality a little bit. Anyway, hope this helps.
