Structured Cabling Library/Blocks

Hey all! I've been searching high and low, and perhaps I just haven't been searching well enough, but I've been trying to find any type of library or blocks for structured cabling blocks. IE Cat5/6 patch panels, routers, switches, etc. Basically looking for the type of info you would put together for a rack elevation for a Data/Communication closet, or data center.

Any help to point in the right direction would be greatly helpful.
