Land grabbing Viewports

Our viewports on Sheets have been "set" and work fine for two weeks.
This morning we opened up the project and found the
viewports on section, plan and detail sheets had stretched out and overlapped others.
I don't seem to be able to get them editable (project is using worksets)
to resize them.
Am I just not finding the the option to allow this?

in the project browser right click on the view and pick make editable. Or uncheck the editable only box in the options bar, then just pick on the crop region and start to move it and revit will ask if you want it editable.

Crop regions are functioning properly on the views under the browser.
The expansion of the views occurs only on the sheets that are setup
using those views.
I've received a possible fix from a local user. Thanks Tom.
Will post results, as this seems to have been a problem for others as well.
