Symbol lib

I need a set of IEC symbols for Electrical Schematics P&Ids and Instrument Loop Diagrams.
Lib should be basic, editable and able to be added to.
Should run on either ACAD or LT2004 on and able to be taken with me to other contracts, and, as it looks like I will have to shell out for it myself cheap or better still free.

Current versions of CAD have an Electrical symbols library available at the Palette.
And Autodesk Seek (http://seek.autodesk.com/) may be a place to look.
