Problem with cavity wall junction

How do I stop the insulation from spanning the junction?

Paul,
You'll need to adjust the functions of the various layers of your wall. See the images below.
The lower the number, the more 'dominant' the layer will be. A 1 cuts a 2, a 2 cuts a 3 etc. Even though it's insulation you may need to call it 'structure' to attain the desired function.
The only place this comes bask to bite you is when you need to export to ACAD and want to separate the functions by drawing layer.
Out of curiosity, why would you want the insulation to break at this location?
